Shobha Prakash had the initial schooling at Kathmandu and at Birla Sagar Hr. Secondary School at Porbandar, Gujarat. 

Ms. Shobha Prakash, completed her schooling and graduation from Fatima Matriculation School and Vaishnav College for women respectively situated in this illustrious City of Madras, today’s Chennai.

She topped it up with a Post-Graduation in English Literature and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Law. As a student, Ms. Shobha Prakash had offered a stiff competition to her peers, be it in Vocal Classical Carnatic music, Bharatanatyam, besides actively participating in Inter-school and inter-collegiate competitions, in Dramas, Elocution, and Debates. 

Ms. Shobha Prakash has been an active member of the Kannur Theosophical Lodge of the Kerala Federation since 2004.
