Step into the heart of Theosophy's practical application. This interactive workshop isn't just about theory—it's about practice. We'll begin by briefly showcasing the impactful service projects of TS Philippines, demonstrating how Theosophical principles are put into action to cultivate harmony in our communities.
From there, we will shift focus to you. Engage in guided exercises and collaborative discussions designed to hone your self-awareness and equip you with practical tools for navigating conflicts. Discover how a deeper understanding of your own consciousness can transform challenging situations into opportunities for growth, both within yourself and in the world round you.
Join us to learn how to be a more effective agent of peace, one mindful action at a time.

This workshop invites us to water the seeds of gratitude within. Gratitude is a simple yet powerful practice with immense impact—one that can alter how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world we inhabit.
How to learn to listen inwardly and learn to cultivate a grateful heart, where life and living become offerings? Existence is a miraculous and mysterious reality, and gratitude is the thread that reconnects us to everything that sustains us. It deepens our relationship with the world, expands our capacity for love, joy, awe, and abundance, and reminds us of the beauty of being alive.
Gratitude is a flow: the more we experience it, the more it grows within us. Becoming aware of all that we receive reawakens us to the truth of interbeing — that we are part of a vast, living whole. This awareness transforms our relationship with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.
During this practical workshop, participants engage in a progressive sequence of exercises designed to cultivate subtle energetic awareness. A concise introduction to pranic healing and its Theosophical underpinnings sets the stage for guided inner attunement, followed by experiential techniques for sensing energy in oneself and in relationship with others. The workshop concludes with a unifying group meditation and an opportunity for shared reflections.

The presentation will showcase the above-mentioned theme through an Odissi dance performance, highlighting how every individual perceives the One in different ways - Vishnu for Vaishnavas, Shiva for Shaivas, Devi for Shakteyas, and ParaBrahma for those who see the One in Vedanta. No matter how we call or perceive, That One responds to each of us as we seek.

This workshop explores the quiet inner world where all life meets and the subtle threads that connect us to the earth, to each other, and to the greater mystery from which everything arises. We do not stand apart from life – we are woven into it. We are not isolated individuals, but part of an evolving, living whole. ‘One Heart and Interbeing’ invites participants to recognize how we are held, nourished, and shaped by the greater web of existence. We begin to see how our actions ripple outwards, influencing the world around us in meaningful ways.
We will explore interbeing – the understanding that all life is interconnected. Beneath all forms lies one life – not as an idea but as a lived reality – from the soil that nourishes us to the unseen kindness that supports our growth. Caring for one part is caring for the whole. By reconnecting with the relationships that sustain us, from the natural world to our social and emotional ecosystems, we deepen our sense of belonging, humility and care for the world around us.
Sangeetha Menon gave a Lecture at the International Convention in 2018. With the vigorous lecture, she led the audience to understand and ponder deeply on consciousness. In this 150th Convention, we can hear its relation to an AI-Driven World, which is relevant today.

In 1875, in a dimly lit room in New York City, two seekers—Helena Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott, a visionary reformer—lit a spark that would ignite minds across the world. They called it Theosophy, an ancient wisdom reborn, a path beyond dogma, beyond borders, beyond illusion.
For 150 years, Theosophy has whispered an ancient truth: we are not separate, but sparks of the same eternal flame. Join us on a journey through time and across continents to uncover the forgotten teachings and voices of seekers—past and present—that have ignited minds, sparked revolutions, and reshaped our understanding of reality itself.

Water is the essence of life itself. It flows endlessly, connecting everything on our beloved Mother Earth, and beyond. It traverses mountains and valleys, crosses boundaries unseen, nourishing, and breathing life and spirit into one and all. In contemplating water’s divine power, we recognise the interconnectedness of all life, where every drop is vital, where every life is a part of the whole.
The Union of Waters Ceremony will be a symbolic gesture of unity. We invite members to bring a small vessel of water from different lands, different traditions, different cultures and histories, to the Masters’ home here in Adyar. As we pour these waters into a single vessel, they will merge into one, embodying the truth that, while we are individual drops, together we form a gentle and powerful ocean of compassion and love, that embraces all.
Information has been sent to the registered delegates.
With love and best wishes,

Throughout the first half of the twentieth century, the Theosophical Society’s deep engagement with artistic practices generated a wide range of creative outcomes. Beyond the artistic activities nurtured within its lodges worldwide, the International Headquarters in Adyar became a vibrant centre of creative energy, where an early art residency once flourished.
After more than a century, the TS Adyar Art Residency has been revitalised with Christine Ödlund and Fredrik Söderberg—two prominent Swedish artists whose work is closely connected to occult studies and Theosophy. In this conversation, we will reflect on their experience in Adyar—known as the Masters’ Home—the painting workshop they led at the School of the Wisdom, and the new works they created during their stay.
This session offers a rare opportunity to explore how Theosophy and the unique environment of Adyar continue to inspire and shape contemporary artistic practice.
