"The Divine Hidden in the Ordinary" by Art Conservation Laboratory
The TS Adyar Art Project is pleased to present its second annual exhibition, bringing together sixteen works of Modern Indian art from the collection that explore the role of art in unveiling the divine hidden in the ordinary. These paintings envelop the gaze of their creator; some depict intimate moments that create a space for self-reflection and contemplation, while others capture actions that express an organic flow of energy, celebrating the life force. In these works, the pursuit of spirituality intertwines with the simplicity of daily life, offering a new position on the connection between art and spirituality.
